Bazza West
Bazza West was a keen sportsman and young business owner whose life changed dramatically at 19 when a car accident left him quadriplegic. After a long and challenging rehabilitation, he rebuilt his confidence through the support of the Back-Up Trust, taking on remarkable achievements including wheelchair ascents of Mount Snowdon and Ben Nevis, and carrying the 2012 Summer Olympics Torch Relay torch in 2012. Discovering mouth painting opened a new path for creative expression, and in 2013 he joined the Mouth and Foot Painting Artists as a student artist. Today, Bazza is an accomplished commercial artist living in East Sussex with his wife, three children, and their animals, guided by his personal philosophy: “One Life – Live It.”
