The Story Behind the MFPA
Founded in 1957 by artist Erich Stegmann, the Mouth & Foot Painting Artists began as a self-help movement for disabled artists to earn a living through their own creativity – not charity.
Today, the MFPA includes hundreds of artists across more than 80 countries, each producing stunning original works that prove art knows no limits.
