Ordering and Delivery policy

It is important to us that you are delighted with your purchase. We have made every effort to ensure our photographs and descriptions provide as accurate a depiction as possible, but please feel free to inquire about any particular item before purchasing. 

We do our best to always keep our website up to date, but occasionally an item may no longer be available. 

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, even after an order has been placed. If an item is no longer available, we will contact you to see if a suitable replacement can be found. If this is not the case, we may occasionally have to cancel your order.

Through our Print-on-Demand partners, we aim we aim to ship all orders within 5 working days of receiving your order;

We currently only ship within the UK.

Shipping and Handling charges, as well as applicable state sales tax, are calculated at checkout. The total cost of your order depends on:

1. Total weight of product(s) ordered
2. Dimensions of a shipping container
3. The Quantity Ordered
4. Location dependent
1. Shipping costs variations
2. Tax variations

We aim to handle your orders quickly, with most in-stock items dispatching within 3-5 business days. 

All orders can utilize a choice of two ship vendors allowing us to offer you a cost effective option versus and faster service. MFPA will select the most cost effective shipping vendor for your specific order. Calculations based off your order quantity plus the weight of products ordered.

Customers will receive an “Order shipped” notification to the email entered at checkout. The “Order Shipped” email will contain tracking information. Please note that MFPA is not liable for any shipment delays; our customer service representatives can only provide information as it appears on our ship vendors tracking website. 

MFPA will contact you if any unforeseen delays occur in shipping your order.
